Returns policy:Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. All returns must be agreed with our Customer Services department in advance otherwise we regret that they will not be accepted. We also regret that surplus or incorrectly ordered items are likely to be subject to a 30% re-stocking charge from the original supplier so please take the utmost care when ordering. Because all of our deliveries are supplied by courier, claims for shortages cannot be accepted unless notified immediately on delivery. In the event of goods being received damaged we will replace them, but only if the damage is recorded on the couriers paperwork or, the damage is reported to us within 48 hours.
When returning goods please remember to include a copy of your receipt, or your name address and telephone number in order that we can credit you. As you will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us, we do advise you to use recorded delivery to help you claim should the package be lost or damaged in transit. If you are returning an item because it is faulty, we will fund the cost of the carriage. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Faulty & Damaged Items: We are sorry if you have received a faulty or damaged item. If this is a case then please call us on 0121 6023332 and we will resolve the problem and this cost is totally borne by ourselves. We would aim to dispatch a replacement item to you the next day, which means you should receive the replacement items or parts within 2/3 working day. Once again we apologise for the inconvenience.
Unwanted Products: There is no need to worry if you have had a change of heart with your purchase, just call our customer service team on 0121 602 3332 within the 30 days of receipt for a full refund of goods. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We can arrange this for you and we do this at cost. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to call us. If you would like to swap your products for a different item then once again this can be arranged for you.
Please ensure that the goods are unused, unassembled and in perfect, re-saleable condition (this also includes the product packaging and instructions.
The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: - (1) In the event that the product has been used - unless the product is faulty (2) In the event that the product has been assembled - unless the product is faulty (3) To any products that we have made or customised specifically for you (4) The items were ordered especially for yourself from our supplier |
