Our commitment to quality throughout the design, manufacture and where appropriate, the installation process means you should never have to use it. However, we want you to be completely reassured in knowing that in any rare instance that anything does go wrong, we'll be there to put it right. Our Guarantee: Our guarantee ensures that your new kitchen will remain structurally sound when exposed to high temperatures, water splashes and heavy loads and normal everyday use. It covers any defects in the materials and any construction flaws to all of the items you would expect including carcasses, hinges, drawers, drawer dampers, plinths, legs, and worktops provided they are cared for in line with our Care Guide for your new Kitchen. What we promise to do to correct any problems: If you believe your kitchen has a fault that's covered by this guarantee please contact us either at your nearest 3D Kitchen showroom or via the details that can be found on our web site. We will arrange to examine the fault. If it is considered covered under the terms outlined above, 3D Kitchens Limited will either repair or replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product. Any repair work undertaken that was not authorised by 3D Kitchens Limited will invalidate this guarantee and any damaged parts become the property of 3D Kitchens Limited for inspection as part of our quality control processes. If the item is no longer available or sold by 3D Kitchens Limited, we will provide a replacement similar in nature and quality. |
