Can I collect my order from you directly?
You are welcome to collect your order from our showroom, but you are advised to place your order by telephone first to bypass our standard on-line delivery charges and to check for stock availability.

How do I pay for my goods?
The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of our business and our top priority. For this reason online Payments can be made with a choice of 2 methods:-

Actinic Secure ePayments - is our main credit and debit card facility. We can accept- Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Master Card, Maestro, Solo, Electron & American Express. All transactions carried out on this website are 128-bit SSL encrypted for your own security. We use the Actinic Secure ePayments system, powered by CreditCall, to ensure that all payments are made securely, and to verify the credit/debit card information supplied.

If you are concerned about passing your payment details online, the Actinic Secure ePayments system will put your mind at ease. Once you have entered your address details at the "checkout", you will be transferred to the Actinic ePayments secure web site to enter your payment card details. Authorisation of your transaction is processed instantly while you are online. No one is able to view your payment details, not even ourselves. We are simply instructed by Actinic that an authorisation has been approved.

Paypal - are renowned for their great reputation and is the main form of payment transactions used on Ebay. With Paypal you can either pay by using you Paypal account or by a credit / debit card. Paypal accepts the following cards: - Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, American Express, Solo, Delta and Electron. For additional security if Paypal recognises your credit card or email address it will ask for your Paypal user name and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can ask Paypal to resend it to you, alternatively, you can use an email address and or a credit card which is not already attached to a Paypal account.

Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to their site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Once your information reaches Paypal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Their servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.

Both these measures will keep your payment information completely private and safe, so buy with confidence! If however you don’t wish to use a card over the internet then we can take your order and payment over the phone on 0121 602 3332.

How do I know you are a real organization?
To generate an encrypted SSL transmission, a web server requires an SSL Certificate. Checking a website's certificate is good practice that helps you avoid spoof websites, sometimes called "phishing" sites. To check the certificate, click on the padlock. Your browser will show you the name of the owner of the certificate. This name should match the name of the website operator.

Our SSL certificates are issued by a leading certificate authority, Comodo CA. Comodo is Web Trust-compliant, meaning that their business practices and processes have been rigorously audited according to AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) guidelines by an independent approved auditor (Ernst & Young).

Comodo High Assurance certificates enable a high level of encryption. They also confirm that a company is a legally accountable organization.

To receive a High Assurance Extended Validation SSL Certificate from Comodo, we had to demonstrate to them that we are an existing business, along with our control over the domain you are visiting. When you shop online, you deserve to be know who you are interacting with.

Questions about cabinets:

What colour are the cabinets you supply?
We manufacturer our cabinets in a coordinating colour or wood grain using a reference provided by the door manufacturers. You can choose to have cabinets made in any colour combination you wish from the available Carcase Colour Chart. We can also offer 2mm PVC front edges in one colour and the carcase board in another for no extra cost. For example: Titanium F501 Egger board with Black U999 PVC edging and Black High Gloss doors.

Does the size of your base and tall carcase units include the legs?
No, the carcase sizes exclude the legs. So for example a Medium Larder Cupboard that is 1970mm high, its total height with legs would be 2120mm. This would line up with the Medium Wall Units that are 720mm high. The bottom of the medium wall unit would be at 1400mm from the floor. For more information on cabinet and doors sizes, see our Door Matrix Guide.

What are your cabinets made from?
All our base unit carcases are manufactured using 18mm Egger mfc board with 18mm solid back panels and 2mm PVC front edges, all colour co-ordinated inside and out to match to the door range you select.

Are your cabinets rigid built?
All our carcases are of glue and dowel construction, a more precise technique often used by leading kitchen manufacturers in Europe. As a result, a much sturdier unit is achieved as there is no movement in the joints by screws working loose. Another advantage is that there are no visible fixings on the outside of the carcase resulting in a much better construction than the cam and dowel method, which is simply a flat-pack carcase built up.

A 50mm void to the rear of the base cabinet and 20mm void on wall units will conceal all surface mounted cables and pipe-work and also any wall imperfections. There's also a 125mm top rail and 18mm solid backs on our base units for added strength and support, especially for Granite worktops. Camar fully adjustable polypropylene legs are used to allow easy adjustment on uneven floors, all additional wirework such as Magic Corners and Pull-outs are factory fitted. Finally, we use only Blum soft closures on all doors & drawers.

What are optional Gable Ends ?
Optional gable ends are available for base units and tall housing units. Sometimes at the end of a cupboard run you may want the side panel on the left or the right to go down to the floor. If you have free standing appliances for example a range cooker, you may want the cabinet either side to have extended gable ends to finish the plinth run. Do remember tho, there is no height adjustment on the extended gable side.

Do you provide flat pack kitchens?
We can supply our units flat packed if requested. All the dowels will be supplied together with all fixings and hinges drilled for easy reconstuction. All you will requires is some PVA glue and a little know-how. We also offer the full range of Rapide+ kitchens ready boxed flat pack kitchens which includes doors and handles.

Do you supply hinges?
Yes, we provide the main components required to fit our units. We will also supply a box of 200 No 6 x 5/8 wood screws for the door hinges. Other screws and sundries are not supplied.

Do you deliver?
Yes we can, however, due to the size of our ready made cabinets, no payment is processed until our sales team have overlooked your order and finalised shipping charges with you in advance either via email or phone. This allows us to keep our kitchen prices as low as possible. You also have the added reassurance that your order has been checked for possible errors by our sales team.

How much is your delivery charge?
Orders over £500 are delivery free in the Midlands area. Under £500 are charged £40... Orders outside of the Midlands area are subject to negotiation.

For smaller kitchen cabinet orders, you could consider Anyvan.com for your delivery...

Questions about returns and cancellations:

If I don't want to proceed with my cabinet order can I cancel it?

Can I return unwanted goods?
Goods (except cabinets) may be returned for a full refund, less the delivery costs, if done so in accordance with our returns procedure outlined in our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.

I don't want my goods can I refuse them on delivery?
It is not advisable to refuse goods on delivery. This does not constitute a cancellation of your order and contravenes the Terms and Conditions of Sales you have to agree to in order to purchase from our store. Refusing goods on delivery may result in goods being lost in transit as no authorised paperwork is in place for the safe return of unwanted items and we are not obliged to make a refund for an order refused in this manner.
